1. What Internet Browser are you using?
You are using the following browser version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64)

To access Producer Direct you need a current internet browser; we recommend
Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher. The message above states what browser version
you are currently using. If not, you can find your browser version by clicking
on your browser’s "Help" menu and then clicking "About".

2. Is JavaScript enabled on your browser?
Your browser has JavaScript turned on.
JavaScript must be enabled in order to access Producer Direct. If you have
disabled it, you must re-enable it in order to gain access. The message above
states if JavaScript is enabled. If not, please follow the directions below:
To determine if JavaScript is enabled in Internet Explorer:
- Click on "View - Internet Options." from the main menu
- Click on the "Security" tab
- Select "Custom" and click on the "Settings" button
- Please make sure "Enable" is selected under "Active scripting." If not,
please select "Enable" and re-start your browser.
To determine if JavaScript is enabled in Google Chrome:
- Click on the tool tab (wrench icon)
- Click on “Options”
- Go to “Under the Hood”
- Click on “Content Settings”
- In the “JavaScript” section, check that “Allow all sites to run JavaScript” is
checked. If not, check this option.
To determine if JavaScript is enabled in Firefox:
- At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in
Windows XP) and then click Options
- In the Options window, select the Content panel
- Check that the "Enable JavaScript" check box is checked. If not, check it and
re-start your browser.
- Click “OK” to close the Options window.
To determine if JavaScript is enabled in Safari:
- Select “Preferences” from the “Safari” menu
- Click “Security”
- Check that the "Enable JavaScript" check box is checked. If not, check it and
close the window.
- Click “Reload”.
3. I am having trouble viewing a PDF. What do I do?
To view PDF documents you must have Adobe Acrobat installed. To download a free

4. I am having trouble accessing Producer Direct. What should I do?
Check that you are accessing the site with one of the recommended browsers
listed above. Question 1 answers what browser you are using. Also, note that the
password is case sensitive. If you are still having problems please contact
